Business As Usual for Moorcroft Plastering

This week, the Prime Minister announced a new nationwide lockdown effective immediately in England. The lockdown is as a result of the rapidly increasing cases of the coronavirus and the urgent need to restrict the spread of the virus and adds to similar lockdowns already in place or announced for Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We wanted to say that that these changes will have no direct impact on our business. The governments of all UK nations specifically state that manufacturing and the construction sectors should continue to work and therefore operations across all our sites in Southport, Merseyside and beyond the north west, remain fully open; to support our industry, provide protection for our customers’ and colleagues’ livelihoods, and play a vital part in the recovery of the UK economy.

In response to the identified new strain of Covid-19 that is being highlighted wherever you get your news from, we are pleased to announce that once again we reviewed our rigorous hygiene and social distancing measures and further enhanced our Covid secure Site Operating Procedures for operations that reflect the latest recommendations from Public Health England.

All of our employees returning from the Christmas break are being inducted again in these Site Operating Procedures designed to continue to protect them and their families.

We have been and remain truly appreciative of your understanding, support and cooperation during these very challenging times. Please continue to look after yourselves, your families and those that continue to need support in your communities.

A Christmas Message From Moorcroft Plastering

It goes without saying that the past year has been very challenging for the all, and for our lads, both professionally and personally having to adapt to so many changes to our ways of working and our ways of life.

As Christmas is often a time for reflection and good cheer, we wanted to share that whilst being a difficult year for all, we hope are looking forward to the holidays.

This year has still been a great year for us, completing many plastering and rendering jobs in Southport, Liverpool, other parts of Merseyside, and beyond.

We welcomed many returning customers and many new customers. Relationships between many have grown and we have made some fantastic friends. We look forward to working with you in the years to come.
