The latest government restrictions currently have no direct impact on our business, operations across all our current works and we remain fully open to support the people of Southport and Merseyside. We are fully adhering to any restrictions and protocols in line with our customers safety at the forefront of our minds.

We have in place, rigorous hygiene and social distancing measures as part of our own revised Safe Operating Procedures for all our operations that reflect the recommendations from Public Health England, enabling us to remain fully open

We have been and remain truly appreciative of your understanding, support and cooperation during these challenging times.

What Is K Rend?

We have been providing K Rend solutions for the people of Southport, Merseyside for over a decade.

Whilst its easy for us to understand and explain, one of the most common asked questions we get asked is “Just what is K Rend”

‘K Rend‘ is often used in the external insulation business as a catch-all term for render. Just as the personal cassette player was most known as the ‘Walkman’ throughout most of the 1980’s and 1990’s, K Rend has a similar brand recognition.

K Rend render is a water-repellent, breathable solution – low maintenance and available in most colours.

K Rend is a top-quality product which is a form of your traditional rendering.

It is manufactured from silicone, which gives it great results in repelling water.

A highly water-resistant surface stays looking good for longer. Its also very low maintenance, easy to apply and gives a natural and attractive finish.

It is also available in a wide range of colours, for a bespoke finish depending on what you the customer’s wishes.
